Refund & Cancellation Policy

Project Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel a project, you must provide written notice. Refunds are provided as follows:

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of project start: 90% refund.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of project start: 50% refund.
  • No refunds for cancellations after 7 days.

Project Cancellation by SYNTRA

SYNTRA reserves the right to cancel a project at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided for any payments made.

Refunds for Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 5 days of project completion. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable unless the project is canceled by SYNTRA.

Delivery Delays

In the event of delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission), SYNTRA is not responsible for missed deadlines and no refunds will be provided.

Disputes

All disputes regarding refunds or cancellations must be submitted in writing and will be handled on a case-by-case basis
